Communication and Feedback tool

The LCBO asked us to design a website to inform Ontario residents about its cannabis retail plans and allow the public to send feedback. Key needs with respect to the UX included a user-friendly blog to update the public on LCBO retail cannabis news and progress, and a clear survey construct that was both easy for the public to use and also respected security and privacy concerns.
