    Pixels& was tasked with designing and templating Northleaf’s ESG and DEI annual reports. The challenge was to create comprehensive and visually compelling reports that not only conveyed critical information but also aligned with Northleaf’s brand and values.

    How did you manage to evolve a structured visual identity while staying true to it?

    We embraced the challenge by reinterpreting existing elements. For example, we zoomed in on close-ups of concrete, mirroring the original imagery while bringing a fresh perspective. This approach allowed us to evolve the identity system without altering its core—a creative solution that respected the nuances of the original design.

    How did you accommodate the client’s need for quick turnarounds while empowering them?
    We provided the client with tailored templates and tools, enabling them to handle the finer details on their own. This not only met their tight deadlines but also gave them the autonomy to expand on the work we started, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

    What impact did the shared templates and files have on the client’s experience?
    The templates were a game-changer. They empowered the client to take charge of the final touches, streamlining the workflow and enhancing the overall experience. This approach made the collaboration more seamless and efficient.

    What stood out to you working on this project?
    The true spirit of collaboration. We guided the creative direction while the client fine-tuned the details. This synergy allowed us to plan better and deliver a result that both parties were proud of.
